Dr. Sun and the entire team are professional, friendly, patient, kind, and every other positive expression you can imagine. After having experienced 3 other dentists over the past few years, we believe we have finally found a "home" for our children's dental care. From the moment you step into the office, you can see the vibrant colors, the clean office/working spaces, and amazing aesthetics. The iPads, toys, and mini fridge with beverages in the waiting area are a great added touch. Prize machine and self-serve character stickers were also a favorite! Shout out to Stephanie for all her time, patience, and the information she provided during the appointment scheduling. Additionally, both hygienist the boys had are A+ and of course Dr. Sun is a true professional and a master at her craft. Highly recommend and thank you again for a positive first experience!

This "helicopter mom" was looking for a pediatric dentist who catered to children with special needs. This office and all the staff were literally perfect! The energy was genuine kindness & care. The office itself is clean & you can tell they designed the space with the kids in mind, doesn't give dreary clinical you find in other medical spaces. My son had his first dentist visit here & they were so great with him. Its not easy finding people in medicine who are genuinely nice & caring, Highly recommend to any parents of special needs children. - Mom

this is my daughters second visit here and i have to say i’m very satisfied with the care my daughter has received. transparent billing, flexible appointments and the actual dental care is great. they were thorough with her initial exam while making sure my daughter felt safe and was in a child welcoming environment. the second visit was no different. she had to get sedation for her fill and everything was explained before hand. she loves the play area and how friendly every staff member is. Thank you Dr Sun and everyone there for treating my girl so well.

Dr. Sun and her team are truly exceptional. From the moment we walked in, they made my little boy feel comfortable with their patience, gentleness, and genuine warmth. It’s not easy finding a pediatric dentist who connects so well with kids, but this practice really goes above and beyond. I highly recommend them to any parents with young children. During a previous visit, Dr. Sun noticed that my son’s tonsils were unusually enlarged. She took the time to thoroughly explain what that could mean, shared helpful research, and made sure I felt informed about our options. That level of attention and care is far beyond what I expected from a pediatric dentist—it really shows how much she cares about her patients’ overall well-being. Grateful for Dr. Sun and the entire Palm and Poppy staff. You can feel the care the moment you walk in.

I have no words to describe what an amazing dental experience that not just my daughter experienced here at her 1st visit with Palm&Poppy but as a parent as well! Dr. Sun was exceptional with how she treated my daughter , Nathalia the assistant was just hands down very qenuine and sincere with her chair side manner and front desk Stephanie(I believe that’s her name! Sorry if im wrong!) was so gracious in explaining the treatment needed. I’m bringing my other two kids here , and I have dental insurance but I’m willing not to use it just to pay out of pocket here , it was so worth it and I have officially found my kids forever pediatric dentist! See you in a couple months Palm&Poppy!❤️
